The views from our balcony were absolutely awesome, especially in the morning when all you could hear was the soothing sound of birds, and with the beach just steps away, we found ourselves soaking in the sun and scenery, while the heated pool provided a nice alternative for a refreshing dip; the staff was friendly and ensured our room was clean and comfortable, creating a homey feeling during our stay, but it would have been even better if the parking was more abundant on-site.

The beach access was fabulous, and the nostalgic motel feel was charming, despite not being a high-rise luxury. illumination was dim, and upkeep issues surfaced-the bathtub drained too slowly, and the corridor cleanliness raised concerns upon arrival. Staff assistance was lacking during check-in, and the pool needed attention. Despite these setbacks, the location and atmosphere remain unbeatable. A few upgrades and better staff coordination would elevate this stay remarkably. Just don't expect five-star service or cleanliness.

Had an awesome weekend! Loved the affordable price for a quick beach getaway and the heated pool with direct beach access. Balcony view was sweet, not crowded, and just a short stroll to the main beaches. The friendly staff and great location made it a winner for us!

Room service could be improved—had to request extra towels. Some maintenance issues like damaged balcony roof with birds and a shortage of towels.

Visiting Panama City Beach for the Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam was an unforgettable experience for our family. The combination of beach time and live music from True Soul created lasting memories. The kids were ecstatic dancing on the sandy shores to the vibrant tunes under the starlit sky.

The heating and air conditioning in our room were not working properly, making it uncomfortable at times. We had a blast at the beach, listening to awesome bands like True Soul and String Theory during Pepsi Gulf Coast Jam! Shark's Tooth was a chill spot to golf too. Plus, we cruised on the Shell Island Tour and had a rad time at Emerald Coast Cruizin' Car Show!

I wish there was a cool beachside party spot for young peeps to hang out and dance all night long! .

Our family had a fantastic time at this beachside hotel. The front office lady, Latoya, was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the comfortable pool chairs and the privacy provided by the split room with two beds. The updated rooms were perfect for our group of 8 adults and 2 kids. The beach was beautiful and not crowded, and the staff was always friendly and attentive. Housekeeping was quick and efficient, ensuring we had fresh linens and a clean room. We even received a call to make sure we made it home safely, which we truly appreciated.

The grounds were not up to our standards during our stay. There were some issues with cleanliness and maintenance around the hotel, which was a bit disappointing.

the complex was very clean and the room was wonderful. the staff at the front desk were all friendly and helpful. the location was away from the congestion of the main road but close enough to shopping areas, restaurants and places of interest. it was beachfront with a balcony, spacious rooms, and a kitchenette. the beach wasn’t crowded, and it was away from the strip and noise. loved the potential of the place. we’d stay again
